What do you need from me?
About an hour, realistically. The kick-off call, your logo if you have one, some photos, and answers to a short content checklist. If writing isn’t your thing, the words can be drafted for you from that call — you just approve them.
Do you really deliver in seven days?
For Essential sites, yes — provided the content checklist comes back promptly. The seven days start when your materials arrive. Growth sites typically take two weeks; bespoke builds get a firm timeline before any work starts.
What about hosting and domains?
The first year of hosting is included in every package, and your domain is registered in your name, not mine. After year one, the care plan covers hosting, updates and edits — or you can host it anywhere you like. It’s your site.
Can you rescue or update my existing site?
Usually. Sometimes a refresh of what you have is the right answer; sometimes a rebuild at £500 is cheaper and faster than untangling the old one. You’ll get a straight recommendation either way, free of charge.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Every package includes a free-tweaks window after launch (30 or 60 days). After that, small changes are handled within the care plan, or billed as one-off jobs — quoted before, not after.
How does the charity discount work?
If you’re a registered charity, CIC, sports club, church or constituted community group, 20% comes off any package — just mention it when you get in touch. No forms, no committee required.
